At Hi-Ho Petroleum we work tirelessly to bring energy and comfort to your lives. If you haven't already encountered some of our stellar team members, take a minute to meet them below.

Nick has been at the helm of Hi-Ho Petroleum for the past seven years. He is a member of the ICPA (Independent Consumer Petroleum Association). Nick is also a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years experience in Finance and Accounting. He has worked for the D’Addario family for over 12 years in various management capacities. Nick enjoys many aspects of his job, from leading the efforts of a dedicated team of employees and assisting them with their professional growth, to his hands-on involvement in building long lasting relationships with customers. Nick takes great pride in reinforcing the strengths that set Hi-Ho Petroleum apart from the competition: “We are a small enough company to give each of our customers the individual attention they deserve, but large enough to provide 24 hour service 7 days a week and still remain price competitive with the big guys. That is why the majority of our database represents customers who have been with us for many years."

Agnes is approaching her fifth heating season dispatching and coordinating the oil deliveries for Hi-Ho Petroleum. Agnes's easy going personality and attention to detail are the perfect combination for the dispatch position. She brings a welcomed calmness to  her job, as well as to the overall office environment. Agnes is fluent in Polish.

Tatiana has been with the company for five years. Her pleasant disposition and helpful attitude allow her to shine as a Customer Service Representative. Tatiana is often the first contact with call-in customers. You will always find her ready to answer questions and resolve issues with patience and understanding. Tatiana’s favorite part of her job is interacting with customers and building long term relationships. Tatiana is fluent in Spanish.

Whitney has been with Hi-Ho Petroleum for 7 years. As a Senior Accountant she is instrumental in the financial analysis of the company. Preparing financial statements and forecasts, and closing books are just a few of the critical tasks Whitney performs that keep the company running smoothly. The favorite part of her job is analyzing the business to find areas where improvements can be made. As a graduate of Fairfield University, Whitney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with the elite designations of both Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa.

Julianne has the longest tenure with Hi-Ho Petroleum boasting over 13 years! Her position involves the daily functions of accounts receivable and accounts payable. It is the quick pace of her job that she enjoys the most and is happy to report that she is never bored. Julianne is fluent in Italian and often travels abroad to her homeland—Province Frosinone, Italy.

Cathy has been with the company for over 4 years. As Office Manager her responsibilities include customer service, company financials, accounts payable, and human resources. The favorite part of her work day is helping each customer on an individual basis. Cathy holds a Bachelors degree in accounting from the University of Connecticut. Cathy has been an active volunteer in her hometown of Trumbull with various youth sports organizations. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis and is a member of the United States Tennis Association (USTA).

Terry’s voice may likely be the first to greet you when you call Hi-Ho Petroleum. Her customer service experience at Hi-Ho Petroleum extends many years. She has always been our “early bird”, arriving first to the office each day. Even with a foot of snow on the ground, Terry has trekked in to be available to our customers when they call with concerns or questions. Her helpful disposition makes her job appear effortless. In her free time, Terry enjoys traveling to tropical destinations with her husband and family.

A recent graduate of Sacred Heart University, Cristina is dedicated to the efforts of new account sales. Cristina's engaging personality and excellent communication skills are the two key reasons she is so successful in this position.
